No Smoking or Vaping Policy

To maintain a clean, healthy, and comfortable space for all guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This includes: Inside the home Near windows, doors, or ventilation points Please note that our smart air quality alarms actively monitor for nicotine, cannabis, and vape emissions. Any detection will be treated as a violation.
Violations will result in a £60 cleaning and violation fee to cover odour removal and additional cleaning.
We appreciate your understanding and co-operation.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our properties. If pets are found on the premises, you will be asked to leave and a cleaning fee will be charged.

Cleaning Reminder

Please help us keep the space tidy for the next guests by:
• Taking out rubbish before departure.
• Leaving used towels in one place.
• Washing up or loading the dishwasher if possible.
• Extra cleaning is charged at £20 per hour, so leaving things reasonably tidy helps avoid additional fees.

Sofa Bed (if applicable)

If your property has a sofa bed, we provide a mattress protector, sheet, and duvet in the flat. Please ensure you use the mattress protector to keep everything fresh and clean for future guests.

Your access code and check-in instructions will be sent 2 hours before your scheduled arrival.
